Use Tier2Tek’s free Candidate Finder to search for public LinkedIn profiles through Google. Enter a job title and location, then add optional skills or education to narrow your search.

Search Profiles

Opens Google results for public LinkedIn profiles in a new tab. If results are limited, use a shorter job title, try a nearby city, or remove optional requirements.

How to Use the Candidate Search Tool

1. Enter a job title and location. For example, CAD Drafter and Denver.
2. Add education if needed. Leave this optional field blank for a broader search.
3. Add relevant skills. Separate skills with commas, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D. Each skill adds a requirement to the search.
4. Select Search Profiles. Google results open in a new tab. Select a result to review the person’s LinkedIn profile.

Start with the job title and location. Add optional requirements gradually if you need to narrow the results.

What to Know About the Results

The tool searches public web results, not Tier2Tek’s private candidate database. Results depend on what Google has indexed, so some profiles may not appear.

Profile information may be outdated or incomplete. Confirm each person’s experience, availability, and interest before moving forward.
