A Technical Support Technician provides assistance to customers and internal teams in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across a range of hardware, software, and network systems. Working closely with other IT staff and departments, the technician ensures issues are addressed promptly, tracks resolutions, and escalates complex cases when necessary. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding technical issues

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems

Qualifications
