In this role, the Technical Support Technician provides hands-on support for hardware, software, and system issues across a growing, tech-driven organization. You’ll be responsible for resolving technical problems, assisting with equipment setup, and helping users navigate systems critical to daily operations.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

Assist with setup and configuration of user workstations and IT equipment

Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, internal applications, and operating systems

Manage user accounts and permissions using tools like Active Directory

Track, document, and resolve support tickets using a help desk system

Support new hire onboarding and equipment provisioning

Perform basic networking troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed

Maintain IT documentation and follow internal procedures
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

1–3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role

Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common support tools

Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft) are a plus

Salary Range
$48,000 – $62,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and technical skill set.
