Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding product functionality and technical issues

Walk users through troubleshooting steps for hardware and software problems

Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in a support ticketing system

Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or engineering teams

Assist with product setup, account configuration, and firmware/software updates

Educate users on best practices and product features to reduce repeat issues

Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues or product concerns
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus

1–2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role

Strong understanding of consumer technology, mobile devices, and basic networking

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Patience and empathy when working with users of varying technical skill levels

Experience with CRM or help desk platforms is preferred

Salary Range
$45,000 – $58,000 annually, depending on experience, technical proficiency, and communication skills.
