Revit Technician

As a Revit Technician, you will be responsible for developing detailed BIM models and producing construction documentation for complex architectural and MEP systems using Revit. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project specifications throughout all phases of design and construction.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client in the healthcare architecture industry. The role is ideal for a technically skilled individual who has experience working on large-scale Revit projects and is comfortable collaborating across multiple disciplines. Your work will contribute to facilities designed to support wellness, innovation, and long-term functionality.


Responsibilities

  • Create and manage detailed Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP components

  • Develop construction documents, floor plans, sections, and elevations in Revit

  • Coordinate BIM content with other project consultants and disciplines

  • Maintain drawing accuracy and model integrity through all design phases

  • Support clash detection, model audits, and drawing revisions as required

  • Implement and maintain BIM standards and templates across projects

  • Assist in preparing documentation for submittals, permitting, and construction


Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree, certificate, or equivalent training in Architectural Drafting, BIM, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Revit Technician or in a similar BIM-focused role

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is a plus

  • Understanding of architectural and MEP systems, construction processes, and detailing

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Experience with healthcare or institutional projects is a plus

Salary Range

$56,000 – $76,000 annually, based on experience and software proficiency.
