Onsite IT Support Technician

The Onsite IT Support Technician provides hands-on technical assistance to staff across office locations, ensuring all hardware, software, and network systems function efficiently. You’ll be responsible for setting up equipment, resolving issues on-site, and maintaining IT resources that keep daily business operations running smoothly.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client in the real estate and property management industry. It’s an excellent role for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, solving technical problems in real time, and working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You’ll serve as the go-to tech expert, supporting users where they need you most.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across offices and properties

  • Set up and configure new workstations, conference room tech, and telecom equipment

  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and common business applications

  • Assist with basic networking tasks, including cabling, switch/router setup, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

  • Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory

  • Track and maintain inventory of IT assets, hardware replacements, and software licenses

  • Document support activity and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support


Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • 2–3 years of IT support experience in an on-site or field-based role

  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint support tools

  • Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with non-technical users

  • Comfortable lifting, installing, and maintaining hardware in office settings

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus

Salary Range

$52,000 – $68,000 annually, depending on experience, technical skill set, and travel requirements.
