The Onsite IT Support Technician provides hands-on technical assistance to staff across office locations, ensuring all hardware, software, and network systems function efficiently. You’ll be responsible for setting up equipment, resolving issues on-site, and maintaining IT resources that keep daily business operations running smoothly.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client in the real estate and property management industry. It’s an excellent role for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, solving technical problems in real time, and working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You’ll serve as the go-to tech expert, supporting users where they need you most.
Responsibilities

Deliver on-site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across offices and properties

Set up and configure new workstations, conference room tech, and telecom equipment

Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and common business applications

Assist with basic networking tasks, including cabling, switch/router setup, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory

Track and maintain inventory of IT assets, hardware replacements, and software licenses

Document support activity and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

2–3 years of IT support experience in an on-site or field-based role

Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint support tools

Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with non-technical users

Comfortable lifting, installing, and maintaining hardware in office settings

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus

Salary Range
$52,000 – $68,000 annually, depending on experience, technical skill set, and travel requirements.
