Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Assist with troubleshooting issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and other legal software

Set up and configure new workstations and user accounts

Respond to support tickets and document all actions taken

Help onboard new users by preparing hardware and ensuring access to necessary systems

Perform routine maintenance, updates, and asset tracking

Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff as needed

Maintain professionalism and clear communication with non-technical users
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–2 years in a help desk or IT support role preferred

Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Ability to follow procedures and contribute to process documentation

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft are a plus

Salary Range
$44,000 – $56,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and technical proficiency.
