As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment. You’ll handle support tickets, assist with equipment setup and maintenance, and ensure end users have the tools they need to perform their work efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities

Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, and in person

Troubleshoot issues with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and standard applications

Support users with Microsoft 365, email, VPN, and remote access tools

Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory

Assist with network connectivity and basic troubleshooting (wired/wireless)

Document all support interactions and maintain technical documentation

Help manage IT inventory and perform routine system checks and updates
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

1–2 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technician role

Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications

Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and endpoint security

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are a plus

Salary Range
$46,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and technical proficiency.
