As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving a wide range of technical issues, supporting both end users and systems critical to daily operations. You’ll analyze problems, provide solutions, and ensure that hardware, software, and network services run smoothly and efficiently across the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals

Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving software, hardware, connectivity, and user accounts

Analyze recurring problems, identify root causes, and recommend long-term solutions

Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory and Microsoft 365

Support cloud applications, collaboration tools, and VPN connectivity

Log, track, and update service requests through a ticketing system

Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including equipment setup and access configuration

Maintain and update IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

2–4 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles

Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Active Directory

Basic understanding of networking concepts, VPNs, and endpoint security

Familiarity with remote support tools and help desk software

Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and customer service skills

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus

Salary Range
$55,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience, technical certifications, and industry knowledge.
