Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for desktop computers, mobile devices, printers, and basic network connectivity

Respond to and manage support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system

Assist with account management, software installations, and system configurations

Troubleshoot issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and VPN access

Document problems, solutions, and procedures in the help desk knowledge base

Help onboard and offboard employees, including hardware setup and access provisioning

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff and track progress through resolution

Ensure adherence to company security protocols and IT policies
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

1–2 years of experience in a help desk or service desk environment

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and remote support tools

Basic understanding of networking, Active Directory, and endpoint security

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple support tickets efficiently

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus

Salary Range
$48,000 – $62,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and technical skill level.
