Entry-Level IT Support

Looking to launch your career in IT? The Entry-Level IT Support role is designed for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to learn. You’ll assist with basic troubleshooting, equipment setup, and user support while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of systems and tools in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client in the hospitality and travel services industry. It’s an excellent starting point for recent grads or career changers eager to grow within a structured IT team. You’ll receive mentorship and exposure to real-world technical challenges, helping you build a solid foundation in information technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests for help with computer, software, and hardware issues

• Assist with setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

• Perform basic troubleshooting of printers, email, Wi-Fi, and Microsoft 365 applications

• Log all support interactions and resolutions in the help desk system

• Reset passwords, manage account access, and support new user onboarding

• Help maintain IT inventory and perform routine maintenance on devices

• Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff for resolution

• Follow IT support procedures and contribute to documentation updates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or IT coursework preferred

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Eagerness to learn and take direction in a team-oriented environment

• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems is a plus

• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are beneficial but not required

Salary Range

$40,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience, technical aptitude, and educational background.
