In this role, you’ll handle a variety of technical problems, providing first-level support to employees so they can stay productive and connected.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Assist users with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and commonly used applications

Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and related equipment

Manage password resets, account access, and basic system permissions

Track support activity and maintain accurate documentation of tickets

Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support when necessary

Support onboarding by preparing workstations and providing user orientation
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

1–2 years in a help desk or IT support role

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic troubleshooting tools

Familiarity with remote support platforms and ticketing systems

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to follow procedures and multitask in a busy environment

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are a plus

Salary Range
$44,000 – $56,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and technical skill set.
