We recruit permanent employees who join your company directly, supporting onsite, hybrid, and remote positions nationwide.
Our direct-hire fee is a percentage of the new hire’s first-year base salary, with no upfront recruiting fees for standard searches. You pay when you hire a candidate we introduce. Placements include a replacement guarantee under the terms of your agreement.
