Job Description: Integration Architect

About the Role:
As an Integration Architect, you will design and implement integration solutions to connect various systems and applications within the organization. Your role involves developing integration strategies, ensuring seamless data flow, and optimizing system interoperability to support business operations and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document integration architecture strategies and solutions to connect disparate systems and applications.
• Provide guidance on integration best practices, standards, and technologies to development teams.
• Analyze existing systems to identify integration needs and design solutions that address these requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to understand integration requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, designs, and configurations.
• Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and recommend improvements or new tools to enhance integration efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an Integration Architect or in a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing integration solutions.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in integration platforms and technologies such as ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), API management, and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of data formats and protocols like XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with cloud integration solutions and SaaS platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
