About the Role

Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your responsibilities will include conducting full lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities, and design. You will develop analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to identify business and market trends. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Strategic Planning Support: Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Translate business needs into technical specifications and assist in strategic planning based on data-driven insights.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Liaise with different departments to collect necessary data and implement BI solutions. Present findings and insights to stakeholders and provide recommendations for business and process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in databases, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
• Experience in data modeling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
